The Covid-19 pandemic affected PT. XYZ Tbk., specifically in Banjarmasin branch After Sales area. overall gross profit increased compared to 2019 before hit which was 0,6%. However, the area itself, there a significant decline of -17,4% where largest body repair sector, -47,7%. Tbk. must minimize impact and continues strive grow its performance. This study aims formulate strategies for earn potential profits during after pandemic. researchers use sensitivity analysis methods on feasibility studies find most impactful variable. Next, an alternative financial operational branch. found that changes COGS OPEX cost structure had greatest profitability this In study, compare costs structures when only using pandemic, two are combined look at projections next 5 years. Based results analysis, may choose mixed composition between because it has fairly large company's margin. From projection fifth year, margins will be obtained 26.57% Gross Profit, 19.26% Operating 19.83% EBITDA.
